PHF dashboard use rules
Version: Draft for PHF approval, 13 August 2026
PHF requires each invited person to protect the review material.
These rules are issued by Percy Hedley Foundation for the PHF strategy review dashboard. Bontle Senne, trading as Bontle Senne Consulting, operates the dashboard for PHF.
Use your own invitation
Use only the invitation sent to your email address. Do not share your account, sign-in link or session with another person.
Tell Bontle at me@bontlesenne.com promptly if you think someone else has used your access or if the device you use has been lost or compromised.
Use the dashboard for the review
You may view the dashboard, search the approved review documents and ask questions about those documents only for the PHF strategy review.
Do not copy, publish, download, forward or use dashboard material outside the authorised review group unless PHF has given written permission.
Protect personal and confidential information
Do not enter new information about a person’s health, disability, safeguarding circumstances, criminal allegations or other sensitive matters into the search or question boxes.
Do not try to obtain information outside your authorised access or bypass the dashboard’s security controls.
Check generated answers
Generated answers are working aids. Check each answer against the cited source before relying on it. Do not use a generated answer to make a decision about a person or to replace PHF’s formal safeguarding, employment, clinical, financial or legal processes.
PHF controls access
PHF decides who may use the dashboard and may ask Bontle to suspend or remove access. If your role in the review ends, stop using the dashboard and follow PHF’s instructions about any material you have retained.
Privacy notice
The privacy notice for the dashboard is at https://www.bontlesenne.com/phf-strategy-review-privacy-notice.
By replying yes to the invitation, you confirm that you have read and will follow this dated version of the rules. You can still take part in the review without using the dashboard.
